The recently launched iPhones – iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR which run on the all-new iOS 12 comes with a couple of serious issues. To, solve these serious issues Apple has released the iOS 12.1 update for all the compatible iPhones. Now, a new issue has recently been highlighted after an image has been posted by the Rahel Mohamad of Washington of his exploded iPhone X.
Rahel Mohamad of Washington who posted the picture of the exploded iPhone X had purchased the iPhone X in the January 2018, which used to be the latest model of the iPhone at that time. He had put the device on charging as he has to update his iPhone X to the latest iOS 12.1 because it is mandatory that the charging level of the device should be more than 45%. He reported that, after he puts the device on charging the device starts emitting a dark grey smoke and caught fire a few minutes after. It was mentioned that the adapter and the lighting cable which was involved in the incident was the official accessories bundled within the retail box.
After it caught a smoke, the device was said to be removed from charging. The company said that they will be investigating the device once it is shipped to them. The cause of the incident will be known completely after the investigations of the device by the Apple.
