Honor 8C Will Be The World’s First Smartphone With Snapdragon 632
In China, Honor has teased to soon launch a new Honor 8C smartphone two weeks ago. The launch event is scheduled to be on October 11th while the Chinese company Honor has already released the first look of the device. Also, now the key details and specifications of the device has been leaked online. Also, it has been expected that this smartphone Honor 8C will be the first smartphone which will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 Mobile Platform.
Honor 8C Expected Features And Specifications
It has been seen in the teaser that the device will have a glossy black body and it also contains a notch display in its front. In the month of June this year, it has been already announced that this smartphone Honor 8C will be powered by Snapdragon 632 along with Snapdragon 429 and 439 Mobile Platforms.
This 14nm-based Snapdragon 636 comes with the new octa-core Kryo 250 CPU. The new Snapdragon 632 also sports the same Adreno 506 GPU which has been seen on the Snapdragon 625. This smartphone has 6.26-inch FullView IPS display with HD+ (1520 × 720 pixels) resolution on its front. The 19:9 display on this device offers 86.6-inch screen-to-body ratio along with a notch in its front.
The device will come with 4 GB of RAM along with different storage options. It will also contain a MicroSD slot for the storage expansion of the device up to 256 GB. Hunor 8C will run on Android 8.1 out of the box with EMUI 8.1 skin laid on the top. The device measures 7.98mm thick and will be backed up by the 4900 mAh battery. It is expected to give a talk time up to 50 hours.
In terms of camera, the Honor 8C is equipped with 13MP + 2MP dual cameras on its rear with a LED flash. This device is also equipped with an circular fingerprint sensor on its rear. The power button and the volume rocker both are placed on the right edge of the device. Till now, there are no hints of its pricing and availability of this device.
