Instagram And WhatsApp Soon To Roll Out New Video Calling Feature
In the race of being at the peak, the App makers go all the way to stay up to date and make the App using experience better, feasible and hassle-free. WhatsApp and Instagram are two major social media platforms that come under Facebook and are responsible for connecting millions of people around the globe. WhatsApp has been perceived as an integral part of our lives, through it one can be connected to their friends and family and this app has been considered as most simple and reliable messaging App. On the other hand, Instagram is an app for fun and recreation as well as to connect with your family and friends, has a user base of over 700 million subscribers.
Facebook has recently stated that it is set to launch a new feature of group video calling, in Tuesday’s conference Mark Zuckerberg released a statement that whapApp now will have the group video calling feature, which in turn would enable multiple people to talk face to face without any hassles, earlier this feature was limited to only one-on-one video calling. Not much is known about this feature yet, but it’s been stated that at least four people will be able to connect to video calling at a particular time, this feature won’t work on WhatsApp web and be limited to smartphones only. It’s being expected that this feature will, in turn, make the App more popular.
Facebook is set to introduce the video calling feature to Instagram too so that the Instagrammers would now be able to enjoy the experience of face to face conversation with multiple people. One would be able to use this feature just by clicking on the camera option on the top and have the privilege to even minimize the video call while at it and continue browsing and check posts on the App. The feature is currently being tested and would be out soon.
